Imene Benslimane, LPC, CCTP-II
I am a certified clinical trauma professional level II, and I specialize in treating complex trauma. I also specialize in treating any stress-related issues including grief and loss, anxiety, depression, and other adjustment issues. Healing is possible if you choose to validate your stress, remain positive and proactive, and take positive actions. It is possible for you to survive and thrive despite your stress. Research has shown that post-traumatic growth involved gaining personal strength, developing spiritual strength, having greater appreciation for life, seeing new possibilities, and forming healthy relationships, and it all starts with restoring your relationship with you.

Sarah Sultan, LPC, LMHC
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC). After completing my undergraduate studies in Psychology and Biology, I earned a Master of Arts degree in Mental Health Counseling from Brooklyn College of the City University of New York, graduating summa cum laude. My academic activities include teaching about the intersection of Islam with psychology and counseling at Mishkah University and publishing as a research fellow at Yaqeen Institute where I research issues related to doubt and faith.

Dr. Ketam Hamdan, Ph.D.
Dr. Ketam Hamdan is a Harvard graduate who wears many hats. She is the development director at An-Nisa, as well as a licensed therapist, educator, and content creator. She specializes in trauma and brain health. She also trains other professionals on holistic development, with an emphasis on brain science. Her most venture includes biofeedback, a technique you can use to learn to control some of your body's functions, such as your heart rate and brain waves. During biofeedback, you're connected to electrical sensors that help you receive information about your body.
